• owner, seller, agent, buyer, tenant, investor, or enquiry information;

• tools such as Supabase, PostHog, n8n, email providers, WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar services where used to operate the platform;

• DLD/RERA, government authorities, courts, law-enforcement bodies, regulators, or other parties where required or permitted by law;
• potential buyers, investors, successors, or advisers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or asset transfer.

Third-party providers may process data through their own systems and may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
